So first of all, I got into a room on a voucher and the room had rats. Got into all of our dry goods had to be thrown away. I got them to switch rooms but the second one was much worse. The refrigerator stopped working ruining all of our food , toilet wouldn’t flush all night long and the staff here don’t seem to care. This is probably one of the ghettoest rum down places I’ve ever seen in my life. I have 6 days left and I’m dreading the rest of the stay.
The staff here are courteous and knowledgeable they deal well with see you soon as it sometimes come about being in this neighborhood on Colfax Laurie Rex and Jose are stellar and their customer service and in their roles at the motel highly recommend to everyone
Stayed here for about a year straight. Depending on what kind of person you are would depend on how well you would like it here. Staff has changed 5 different times just this year, maybe more. Hard to keep track. Depending on how you act and who's working that week they'll work with you if you ever need the help. You get what you pay for.
Its cool...clean..people mind theirs..better than most on the fax...
Another run down motel on west colfax with the Usual street style stuff going on and people trapped in the life of the motels are prey for the taking.
This is the most run down place ive ever seen in my life. All of my food got ruined due to a non working refrigerator, toilet broken all night long and there were rats in the first room! This place is deplorable and should be shut down by the health department! We were sent by an organization who supports people with HIV and compromised immune systems this is definately not the place for anyone in that situation. I just came from a hotel on east colfax that puts this to shame. Shame on you Jeffco!
