This is THE WORST insurance company. Bill and Perry Langer are unprofessional, have piss poor customer service, and do not advocate for their clients. We've had several issues over time, but our most recent experience tops the cake. On the purchase of our house, the underwriter came back and said the house is uninsurable. This is a pretty major discovery considering the house has already been purchased, and our inspector hadn't indicated any significant issues. I received an email from the Langers that read " I apologize for the inconvenience, this is an underwriting decision and we cannot override it." This is way more than an inconvenience. To be deemed uninsurable until a new roof is provided is a HUGE expense. Moreover, they didn't even send the email to my wife's correct email address. We've updated our Allstate account, but they insist they're "not Allstate," instead saying they're just Langer Insurance. I've had numerous insurance companies look at their pictures and go on the roof and say the roof is fine, yet Perry insists that he looked at the pictures of our roof and it has damage and has been patched. Not only this, his callousness is what really gets me. He could care less about helping us in our situation. We are leave Langer and Allstate. Good riddance.

This is the most disappointing and unhelpful agency. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy. They are the reason I left Allstate after 15 years.
