I have been to the Lam Thai three times already and am going again for my birthday meal soon. I have enjoyed all the meals I've had there and so did all my companions. We are vegetarians and delighted in the soya dishes with tasty Thai flavours. I love the texture of mock duck and the coconut and peanuts sauces are delicious. Service was friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff and good food at a reasonable price. Containers were clearly marked avoiding the "I think this is..." debate.

Not just the best Thai in Norwich, but possibly even the best meal out I've ever had! All of the Thai restaurants I've been to before have served take away style food in a restaurant. This place does restaurant food in a restaurant. Added bonus the lager (SINGHA) was also the best I've ever had! I'm gonna rave about this place to everyone I know.
Doesn't look much from outside, but great Thai food is served here. The staff are friendly and attentive and service is quick. Really good.
After a hiatus of 18 months we went back here as a place we could trust. They served the wrong wine (sweet rather than dry, clearly orders by pointing at the menu) Entrees fine, no problem. Chicken noodles arrived- no chicken. Duck salad swimming in soy sauce. Would taste solely of salt if it wasn't overwhelmed by huge amounts of chilli. Only edible because I was hungry. Chicken arrives for the noodles. Huge chunks of chilli, hotter than a vindaloo. No indication of that on the menu! Pick the lumps of chill out and try and find edible bits of chicken and noodle. It will be much longer than 18 months before we are back. Should have taken warning from the fact that we were the only customers in the place.
Great vegetarian options and the best Thai food. Highly recommended.
Delicious food for all tastes, plenty gluten free and vegan options and quick service, would highly recommend.
