A nice and quiet place to be in Lamai beach, due to the covid situation the place was empty which was very relaxing, however no breakfast service and no restaurant from the hotel there are some options around. Well in conclusion it's an affordable place to be beachfront

Stayed here with my Family, very friendly staff, great little restaurants beach front as well! We had a pool view second floor, room was very spacious, clean and fairly updated. Wedid get the double room as we like to have a separate room for the kids. Love the beach in front of Lamai 99 as well. One of the only places on Lamai beach that has palm trees on the edge so you can chill in the shade and enjoy the ocean and sun when you want. Restaurant staff is very friendly and speak good enough English to get you what you need. Food was really good as well. We tried all three restaurants in front and enjoyed them all. Prices are reasonable as well. The only drawback is that it can get pretty loud at night due to the bars about 300 metres behind. We were right at the back so I am sure that if you get a bungalow closer to the ocean it would be fine. Will stay again!
Its all we expected .close to town ,right on the beach, free room safe ,the food they serve is good ,staff are very friendly, and when we got here we got a room upgrade next to the pool.all in all a cracking find

Location is first class in a super clean beach with lots of restaurants and drinks around. Water is clear. The pool ia kinda hidden in the back no views. The ground are well keep. The rooms arw the weakest part. Motel 6 cheap old worn rooms but clean. Not deluxe at all. Price was good.. maybe a little value because of location. So a win for a hotel stay but awesome.
It was Fantastic ,stayed in lamai inn 99 bangalows.realy enjoing very much in that beach front bangalows.every thing was good clean room ,comfy bed,wide space in room,super clean washroom and many more...breakfast was very good and enjoyed breakfast time to see the morning sea tide and beach .. Hopefully will come again....
Nice beach and friendly staff. Room is ok with reasonable price. I can recommend this.
Good place, but for all who stay, take your valuables in safe. During the cleaning we lost 10,000 baths from the wallet. the next day someone tried to steal things from the safe, thanks double code. unreal. The cleaners are thieves! Be careful.
