I came here, as I like to stay local. In the past I have gone to a different dealer, but the car i wanted was at this location. After the politeness from everyone there, we decided to test drive a vehicle. I was unsure if I was going to buy that day, as I was in a car accident, and didn't know the bank/insurance timeline for resolution. I mentioned this to the salesman, and less than 30 minutes walked out with my car I wanted. It was quick, easy and so simple. I cant believe I put myself through worse situations in the past of purchasing a car. When I say it was easy, IT WAS EASY. Two thumbs up for easiness, and most importantly kindness.

I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox for my son this past week and I am very happy with the experience. Will Spencer, our Salesman, was great. We had wanted to look at all five 2017’s and Will got the keys for all five cars for us to check out. Will was very professional and personable and not your typical pushy car salesman. I would highly recommend him. Pick up was seamless and fairly quick. My only negative with the experience was some of the salesman and service people were wearing masks around their necks not on their face. When we passed by some would put them on properly and others did not. Will wore his mask the entire time as did the finance person Caleb which was much appreciated.

Just got home from buying a new Terrain from Lambert. Our sales guy, John Sdono, was amazing. No haste, answered all my questions (I had a few) and got us everything we wanted. I’d recommend contacting him if you need a new car, he’ll go out of his way to make it the best choice you made.
