Expensive experience. I joined the lunch set with 2 transitional experience making and added salted fish making class. However preserved kumquat making is just put the preserved kumquat in to the bottle. They only explain how to make it but not let u do it. No technique at all. And the salted fish making class, don’t expect you will making a dry fish. They call it salty “fresh” fish, if they explain it in the website. I would take it and join the lunch set. Totally not worth. The old boat is not in good shape too. The only good thing should try is fishing with hook, I saw someone who really caught a big fish. However if u need to take it out, u should pay for extra 200 dollars. But it still worth to do so. I suggest to pay for the ticket only and try fishing. Other just not in consideration.

Very nice and good view where you can see a lot of kind of sea animals.
very idyllic and interesting attraction showing the way fishermen lived in the past, and also fish farms a good way to see variety of fish that exist in HK waters (didn't know we had stingrays!) Our guide Sam was very friendly professional and accommodating too!
A rare location that one will find live fishing activity in Hong Kong, occasionally, and the site provides a nice background and activities of the fishing operation in Hong Kong with some very nice young people helping the docent and guide and activities
Really great fishing experience in Hong Kong and the local fishermen are so willing to share their life experiences there. Amazing place to have proper nice seafood too.
Great hike. Be prepared for the seafood restaurants hard-selling their dinner/lunch specials.
A great place to promote and preserve the history and dignity of fishing villages and culture of local fishermen.
Seems cool, I was there over Chinese New Year so everything was closed.
