'I am new to area and was looking for GP practice after many phone call to other place I spoke to a person called Avril at this surgery -she was the MOST HELPFUL person I have encountered or a very long time she was courteous and professional and went out of her way to help me .I am very grateful for this and think she needs recognition for this .I wish more people were like her.When she couldn't answer my query immediate she said she would ring me back which she did most promptly she is a asset to your practice and more so to the NHS. Thank you'
