The Machine

The worse kind of Service i have ever came across... as of this morning , this company just debited Illegally from my bank account money that are not theirs... they simply stole money from my account because i had the auto debit option on. I payed a 635 euro invoice 3 days ago and they debited this same amount again this morning after repeated calls and mails explaining that it has been already paid. Do Not Subscribe to these jokers... this quasi \service\ that steals money from you account!

I do not recommend this electricity and gaz provider. They are extremely expensive and have no respect nor consideration for their customer. A payment plan was set up with the company and while we respected our commitments, they did not respect theirs and decided to limit our usage despite that. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!

Terrible service. We switched providers after finding a much better deal. Since then they keep calling constantly despite being told I prefer written contact via email. Now they are claiming there were \technical problems\ during a bill I paid in April and I somehow owe about 300 more. This is after I already paid a mysterious bill that came out of nowhere for switching providers. They said this payment was all I had left before the switch and wouldn't have any further payments. Now this \bill\ for 300 that they can't explain. These people are crooks.

This is my energy provider for gas and electricity for about 6 yrs. I really like this company a lot ! Never issues. People always complain that electricity and gas is expansive ... well at lampiris it is really fine ! I am alone and I pay 84 euro per month for gas electricity. Highly recommended.

Great customer experience, communications always on point, client portal very exhaustive and easy to navigate through, ending a contract is easy and can be made via the portal, you can pay your bills by scanning a QR code, their email address is we-do-reply - it gives you confidence and the list goes on and on!

I am surprised by the bad reviews of this company. I have had some of the best experiences of any Belgian company with them! Their customer service is accesible, friendly, and helpful. Our bills are low and the energy is green. I really can't speak highly enough of them! Plus, they speak English, and as an expat, this is so welcoming.
