Very bad customer service. Ordered from their Amazon shop 12 days ago. No tracking provided and only says DPD delivery. Called DPD they said they have no items to deliver to my address. Wrote this company message, email and sms till now no answer. They wait to get used Blackvue and then refurbish it and then they send it to customers. They just provide imaginary name of delivery company and date so that they have more days to send refurbished dashcam. They have shop on Amazon and EBay.
