Fantastic service and advice from Zoe and Alan The Bike Dude. They were both exceptionally helpful with a problem I had fitting a mudguard. Initially I thought it didn't fit so I went back to return/replace it. Although I didn't have my receipt, Zoe helped me find the electronic receipt. She was very patient and friendly. Alan then educated me on how to properly fit the embarrassingly simple mudguard. Job done!!!! Thanks very much for the outstanding service. I will definitely be singing your praises and recommending Lanark Halfords for a customer service award
The staff were friendly and helpful especially Sam who I dealt with.answered all my questions and queries would recommend the lanark store.
Went to get rear brake lights from Lanark Halfords and they couldn't have been any more helpful. Robert seen we'd got the wrong bulbs and went and got the right ones and fitted them. Great service.
