You will LOVE having your wedding at Temple’s. We chose it because we wanted both a beautiful venue *and* people who would care about our day almost as much as we did, and we found both here. Moira and Sherry are the loveliest, most caring hosts. Every time we went out to Temple’s for a visit, they were delighted to see us, as though we were extended family all thrilled to be part of the same exciting project. This deep sense of caring and commitment continued through the pandemic. Moira and Sherry were so flexible and understanding. Temple’s quickly and creatively shifted their approach to some of the pre-wedding logistics… for example, instead of outright cancelling their “Taste of Temple’s” evening for couples to come and sample their menu, they packed all of their food into boxes and arranged for us to pick them up, complete with bottles of wine, so that we could enjoy the experience from home. At every step, they did what they could to make sure that all of their “pandemic couples” didn’t miss out on any of the magic and fun of planning. Sadly, in the end we had to make the extremely tough decision to cancel our plans to get married at Temple’s, simply because of covid. Sherry and Moira had everything planned to ensure we could have a safe ceremony according to public health guidelines, but because of our unique circumstances we weren’t able to go ahead with it. Even then, they were so kind and so flexible. We hope to have a celebration at Temple’s someday, maybe for a renewal of our vows, because it’s just too wonderful of a spot to give up.

Absolutely beautiful setup. Very covid conscious. Tons to do and see. The nature walk was very peaceful and serene. They were attentive to the brides needs and served a delicious 5 course meal. The steak was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Perhaps the best pancake in the Ottawa valley! We’ve been going to Temples for many years now, primarily because of their fluffy buttery pancakes. In recent years they’ve changed the brunch to an all-you-can-eat style buffet, which I think is a great upgrade. Venue is super nice, bright and homey, staff extremely friendly and food delicious. Our kids also liked taffy on snow and the short walk around the maple farm. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the fact that we come back year after year is proof of our preference. Definitely a recommend!

Beautiful spot. Great for families to enjoy a nature hike and enjoy delicious food with fresh Canadian Maple Syrup. Great selection of Maple foods/syrup to choose from. Dinning area has multiple levels and even has local beer on tap. A great Canadian tradition.
