Excellent service, quality in its products.
Easy acess has toilets all on one level
Not the best place to shop locally. Some of the staff are friendly enough. But if you have any problems, I had pieces of blue wood in pancakes that were purchased here, you just seem to get ignored, or offered 5, to let the thing go and forget about it.
Just wanted to say Thank You to Fraser, I'm a regular customer at Lanark and didn't recognise this member of staff , he apparently is new. He was a fantastic help as I was shopping for more than one household , so lots of bags and packing . Fraser packed all my shopping , even offered to take it out to my car which I didn't need . What Fraser didn't know was that I have a frozen shoulder so his assistance with the packing and organising helped me more than he realised. Also would like to thank all your staff for turning up for work and keeping our households stocked with food. It's very much appreciated.
