Attempted to book a taxi travelling from Lancaster to Morecambe in two days time. Went to the trouble of downloading their app, getting verified on it, filling in all my journey details etc, when I submitted the booking I received a one word response in app: ‘Rejected’. I followed up by phone to find out why, a very curt, rude man told me it was ‘my fault, plenty of other people don’t have a problem’ and that he had sent a response explaining that the request was rejected because I did not include a house number. I attempted to explain that I received only that one word response ‘rejected’ he talked over me, repeating that ‘other people haven’t got a problem, mate (I am female), then hung up. On the evidence of this ‘the customer is always wrong’ approach, not a company to use or trust for any urgent appointments, I would say.

I rung for a taxi, and was hung up on when I called back to see if was a mistake it happened again after I explained. I'm not sure why but it left me very upset.
24 February 2020, after travelling from London to Lancaster station, I discovered my train from Lancaster to my home address was cancelled and I was advised to take a taxi home, which cost 35 in total. The taxi driver was lovely and chatty but at the end of my journey I forgot to ask for a receipt. I rang this taxi company and spoke to Trisha who managed to locate the driver (within about 5 minutes) and sent a copy of my receipt by email immediately! What service. Thank you Trisha and the taxi driver who’s name I didn’t get, I would recommend you any time!
