Booked a room and paid the deposit on the caton court website, didnt go back due to the pandemic and the university decided to use online teaching. They say they would be flexible on special situations when it comes to cancellation. INSTEAD, they asked a debt collection company to chase you as you only paid the deposit. They are not willing to negotiate. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. DO NOT BOOK ANY OF THEIR ROOMS.

One of my favourite things about living at Caton Court is the facilities. I love having the gym included and the whole building is always really clean. The staff are also really friendly.
Nice bedrooms. Lots of space and really good gym. liked the cinema room. lots of free pizza and chinese events. staff happy and smiley. i liked it a lot
During my stay of the 19/20 year I was in the bronze studio. My time there was great in the room and I was lenient about all the issues as there is always going to be issues with new buildings. Due to COVID19 I had to leave in March of Force majeure. I have tried contacting since June about my stuff however received no response at all, messaged the Aparto Instagram and also received misleading promise that I would be contacted. Very disappointed when they told me they threw out all my stuff without emailing me or anything and I do not appreciate this and could take action on this in the near future as this was a force majeure and have tried several times to get in contact with the team with repeated no replies and once contacted when I got to the UK it was a complete disappointment to hear the excuse. With all the problems I faced during my time here I did not mind, but I chose to be lenient for them not to give even some sort of compensation for throwing all my things when I tried over 7 times to get in contact with them. Disappointed with the after service once I was not a tenant and had my assets I had valued at OVER 900 pound thrown away like it was nothing.
