Countrystyle Meats is Lancaster's best and only independent Farm Shop. There is an excellent variety of products on offer here. All the produce is always fresh and locally sourced. All of the staff are very polite, professional and have a great knowledge of the products on sale. One could not ask for a better Farm Shop. It is very competitively priced and is definitely well worth a visit.

Visited on Thursday before Easter at my wife's insistence as we'd enjoyed the products we had at Christmas. My wife cooked the pork and pepper beef ribs last night, Saturday, and they were very fatty, and once the fat had gone, we were left with chargrilled bones. The bacon we had this morning, Sunday, was very good, but now my wife has just thrown out the chicken I bought as it really stunk. I arrived at 9:17 on the Thursday morning, but there were only two pork pies in the counter, not exactly a vast selection, another disappointment. A very poor experience.

We always call here anytime we are in Lancaster. Its great to see such a selection of local produce, and with master butchers on site too. Today I just had my usual hot cheeseburger (exceptional !), and picked up home made pork pies and speciality burgers. The array of speciality meats on offer is huge, and its hard to resist spending a fortune. Always, always worth a visit.

Absolutely love this place the meat is too quality!! And the ideas at the counter are gorgeous, Their peppercorn fillet steak pasties are to die for!! Stuffed pork tenderloin immense and there made burgers, sausages and kebabs are beautiful!!!! And so so much more!!!
