These people are terrible!!! I paid my debt and they are dragging their feet sending me a pay off notice. I called to speak about why this wasn't removed from my credit report and was treated like dirt. Angers me when good people are trying and want to get a head these people treat you like scum of the earth.

If I could rate these associates who work in this building negative stars I would. I've worked in a call center before and their attitude and behavior is beyond unacceptable. The associate Lisa was so horrible I asked to speak with a manager and they only had floor supervisors available. The floor supervisor, Lori, was even worse then the associate. I am receiving a call from a manager on Monday and I pray that they are far more professional then the two I already spoke with. It's really ashame as a person who paid the hospital bill the day it showed up and needs simple answers can't get help. The professionalism in this place needs help ASAP! I took down the date and time of each call and I hope they go back and listen to the calls because they need some SERIOUS coaching on their customer service skills. Absolutely horrible experience with these people.
My bill was paid by my insurance company and my attorney wrote them a letter to prove it was done with an auto accident by a drunk driver. They were very rude and very up noxious when I call them to explain this to them and they demand it my phone Number which they said was deleted from their system again very rude and of noxious people. I stayed it it's not only but 59 I'll pay it but will you remove it off my credit bureau for me please she laughed and said yeah right. I totally refuse to deal with these people they're very angered and very rude
Lacaster colllections is in cahoots with Bank of America that steals money from customers accounts. All shady. Lancaster collection's has put themselvsd on my credit report after the 7 year deadline they were supposed to come off and keep chargin more money on a collection.
Horrible experience, unprofessional and extremely rude. My debt was paid and they kept calling for months.
