After a fridge freezer breakdown, looked online for the best deals. Couldn’t beat Currys, so went down to store. Service was fantastic. Quick, helpful, friendly and full of advice. Not a fan of the added extra charges for some services, but can’t grumble at how everything was dealt with and super happy with the new purchase.

I called into Curry's to buy a cooker. They have such a great collection of cookers,fridge freezers,microwaves and TV's. I was provided by a great service from the lady that works there. My cooker was ordered, delivered and installed. I will certainly shop there again. Great customer care and service.

Click and collect. Order online and park in marked parking bays provided where a member of staff will take your order and fetch it out to you. Very good Covid guidance.

Lack of customer service post purchase. Purchased a Vax vacuum cleaner online with 3 years Instant Replacement Cover on 29MAY20. It developed a mechanical fault on 15FEB21 rendering it unusable. Telephoned customer services. Was informed that no store nearby is able to accept a broken item and supply a replacement, delivery and pick up is not an option, and must wait until lifted restrictions permit this service. Customer service mailboxes no longer active. Live web chat and Facebook messenger funnels to generic Currys webpages. Paid for cover that cannot be honoured.

Nice and quiet when we visited. I felt the salesman was pushy when looking to purchase a TV. Went elsewhere in the end.
