Overcharged me beyond what my insurance said it would cost. Gave me the wrong script and no one ever came out to help me decide if I wanted glasses or contacts. I'm hoping my insurance takes them off the preferred provider list. Definitely won't go back.

CRIMINALLY INCOMPETENT! My eye-health is worse than ever because of Dr. Krulewski' arrogant slipshod way of conducting his affairs. During my one visit Krulewski became almost threatening, when confronted with the truth of his incompetence. It would seem Krulewski can not tolerate being confronted with the truth! Many of us are asking, how is Dr. Krulewski still in business? The fact, that his office can't keep staff is a sign something is very wrong there. Moreover, Krulewski should know, that his fake glowing reviews aren't fooling anyone!

Do not allow Dr. Thomas Krulewski to perform surgery on you or your loved one if you want any chance of preserving what eye sight you do have, or regaining any eye sight. Completely incompetent, and not to mention incredibly condescending and rude.
