Went for a meal. 4 of us -appeared to be the only diners! Poor service. Meals came randomly apart. The 2 vegetarian meals arrived and were cold .the waiter did take it back to heat up ? Microwave! Came back but was tasteless and looked like can of chickpeas and tomatoes on quinoa -bland and poor value for the money. A bowl of chips was small for the cost! My sausages came with lumpy gravy and vegetables eventually arrived. Only the poor waiter actually said anything to us. No offer of recompense for the the worst food experience we've had. Very sad for the Gregson!

What a great little place with character and cinema and venue to add. Great place to go before going to the Grand theatre with my friend Lucy who took me here. Lovely food well presented. Was totally relaxed with the open fire. Will be going back again.

Went to the secret cinema. Absolutely amazing! Staff set it up for you. Good sound system. Nice old fashioned seats. It fits 26 people in. The cost is 40. We got it for 2 hours at that price. As there was 7 of us, it only cost 5 each. You take your own film into watch. There is a bar downstairs for whatever drinks you want. And the do great food. Would definitely recommend you go and try it out. I will definitely go again.
