We visited the Lancaster Halfords store to have our new Dash Cam fitted. We were told to allow 2 hrs for this, so we had a wander into town. We were contacted well within the time indicated that the job was completed, and we could collect our car. Our experience was very good, friendly staff, very helpful and efficient. Very knowledgeable about the task. We also received a free 5 point check on our car. We can highly recommend this store, and will definitely return when we need any services or products they can provide. Thank you all.

This is a good shop to have close by. Shop is offering variety of products and even bike services. I have purchased in Stoke on Trent, mounting bike few years ago and it’s still working fine. As I needed more done to my bike, I have come back to this shop and the service was great and friendly, I had my bike basket fixed and also my bike adjusted when I needed. They can also pump air for bikes and cars. Hopefully they are offering still that service.You can also find toys for children and useful household products. I bought from this shop few gifts for my children and also they offered free hot wheels cars at one point. Not sure if they do that anymore.

I had to replace a brake cable after mine snapped on the way into work. Dave at the store was great in helping advise what I needed to replace this and also helped cut the materials so I could fit them back at my workplace and cycle home safety. Thank you again for your help Dave!

I visited Halfords lancaster on the 02/02/2021 and can say that the staff where very friendly and helpful. I was supported to find the right product for my needs. I would definitely return to this store. Covid guidelines were adhered to and hand sanitiser provided
