Monika has been an absolute gem for all of our insurance needs. From, our personal vehicle insurance to the commercial insurance for my husband’s business she is diligent and absolutely lovely to work with. One example of her hard work was when we attempted to buy a vehicle over the weekend. Although the office was closed, she went out of her way to stay in touch over the weekend in order to ensure we would have the insurance we would need for our new purchase. I have worked with many insurance agents in the Antelope Valley, never have I had as responsive a company as this. They really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of an watch after every detail on your policy. If you send an email, they will likely call you back within minutes to get a answer to you on anything you need help with. They will kindly refer you to other professionals if they can't help for some reason. It's been a wonderful experience so far and I look forward to working with them for many years.

After dealing with their CSR who was rude and never followed through I finally had it when our HO policy had doubled for no reason and she wouldn’t shop it for us.
