I dropped off my kid’s 4wheeler about a month before I had surgery. It needed a tuneup, starter, racks/lights reattached and oil change. I told them the carb was new so no need to rebuild it. I picked it up with one arm in a sling. I was told they still opened the carb because I said it has sat for 4 months before I took it up there but I was right. It looked like gas had never been in it. When they started it at the shop I stated that it sounded different. I was told it was because the valves had been adjusted. When I got it home I noticed it was leaking gas out of a hose connected to the carb. I called and told them what was happening and if it would be ok to take it back after I recovered from surgery. I was told that it would be fine. When I took it back (about 8-9 weeks later) I got the “sorry you are out of warranty” line. I did start aggressively explaining/reminding them of what they had told me after I was told policy is policy and that I should have brought it back within the warranty. It ran before I took it up there. I just had to pull start it. The leak was a stuck float (that’s what my son told me). It took so long the kids lost interest so I parked it once again without even using it at all. Well now I’ve decided to once again get it running. Charged the battery put fresh gas and tried to fire it up. I got it running very easy. Unfortunately, it only ran for 10 - 15 mins before the motor blew. That’s when I noticed that they forgot to put oil in it. Guess that was the different sound it was making. Now I’m stuck having to buy a new motor.

Andy and Josh are running a great Kawasaki shop in Dallas' south side. They are always glad to see you, helpful with answers and know-how, and reasonable with repair charges. Andy is a master mechanic... Kaw factory trained but more, he's got the \gift\ for top quality diagnosis and repair. Racers patronize the shop for everything from race mods to overhauling blown engines with confidence the work will be done right. It's fun just watching these guys work. New bike pricing is shown \out the door\ and beats the other houses in town. This is an old shop, run old school, without a bunch of money spent on cosmetics and hype. After experiencing every kind of service from MC dealers, this shop is a breath of fresh air where your service, parts and sales business is handled with a smile and no BS. We're lucky to have them on the south side.

Put 2 new tires on my connie despite the fact thieves ripped his back door off the building and stole two of his dirt bikes. They jumped right into taking care of my needs, and got the work done quickly. Can't ask for more than that.

Had the parts and the service I needed on the fly. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a quick tune or replacement kaw, parts and service.

Awesome little shop. The employees were helpful and friendly. Down to earth vibes. Great pricing. We would have bought the bike if we would have had a place to park it but we have to wait for our move. So we will be back to buy it, if they still have it!
