honestly this place is a joke. you pay just as much if not more as a service like Windstream which provides in the same area for less than an fourth of what you normally get from Windstream. save your money and go buy from Windstream.

Terrible service. My wife and I lived in Lancaster for 6 months. I would guess wehad about 3 months up time. This was the best option in the area. Seriously, i have had better dial up.

If it wasn’t all that was available in my area I would have cancelled. Our internet is spotty at best and every night from 7 pm on we can’t stream any of our shows because of such bad service. Often goes out for days at a time and customer service acts extremely bothered if you call them to report an issue. If you have any other option, take it. This company is a rip-off.
