Today I was cut you off when I got to number 1 in the queue after waiting for 11 mins and when I rang again and left a message no one called back. My crown has fallen off, I'm just glad I am not in pain...... My dentist was brilliant but he is not there any more and its much harder to get an appointment since the changes.
