Love my new 370Z from Lancaster Nissan! Note the Huracan under wraps in the foreground... this car is almost as much fun to drive. The purchase experience was phenomenal. The complexities of purchase, shipping and financing at a distance of 500 miles were non-existent given the highly efficient sales and finance staff at this dealer. No high-pressure from anyone. Every question and request met fully and efficiently. Very fair prices on the extras I purchased. A real relief following a debacle with Carvana who sold the car I (thought I) purchased to someone else.

We had a rental car that broke down. Since it was still under warranty they were able to take a look at it. Fortunately for us we had family nearby that was able to pick us up. The staff were most helpful, especially Lauren since she was very understanding of our situation. As of this posting we are still waiting the outcome of repairs.

I want to take this opportunity to share how smooth the process of purchasing our 2020 Rogue from Lancaster Nissan was. I searched for the model, color, and options I wanted and Lancaster Nissan had two Rogues that met my expectations. I stated my interest online and Arleen was prompt to respond. Arleen and I emailed back and forth with details about the Rogue and we setup an appointment to view one of the Rogues. Arleen met my wife and I and she was very professional and knowledgeable about all the features of the Rogue. She completely explained the sale and we, Arleen, Don, and my wife and I, agreed on a final price. We were sold!
