I believe that five stars is not a high enough ranking to give them. If there were six of seven stars they would receive them as well. I have been going to Lancaster Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine for probably a year in total and I there was not a single day that was bad there. The staff is probably some of the most polite, kind people you will ever meet. They always try to build a connection with their customers and they will do whatever it takes to get you better. Mic and Jason are the most professional physical therapists I have ever met. They both clearly show expertise in what they do which made me never doubt what they had me do. During this crazy time during the pandemic they have been superb with their health and safety protocols as well. Every single person on the staff shows nothing but absolute respect to the customer and they create a very uplifting and motivational environment for customers. For anyone who is in search of a physical therapy place I would urge you to come here. There was not one day where I wasn’t discouraged or sad about coming here. They made my days not just because they made me be able to get back to my normal physical self quickly, but because they would always make my day better. I truly believe that this is one of the best physical therapy places in Lancaster County and the state so if you need to go, choose Lancaster Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine.

Unbelievable!! Lancaster Physical Therapy is a great place to recover. First, their COVID protocol is beyond reproach. All equipment, bands, machines and benches are sanitized between every patient use. The therapist and assistants wear the proper PPE gear accompanied with gloves. One mourning i even saw Mic, the owner and lead therapist, cleaning the front door of this multi-use building. Impressive!! I was recovering from Rt Rotary Cuff surgery. Jason took his time with me to customize a treatment plan. I was aware of my progress at all time. He encouraged me to push myself to the \correct\ limits. I encourage each of you to duplicate these same incremental exercises at home every day between therapies. Laura also worked very closely with me after Jason's technical work. She's the best The entire team at Lancaster Therapy is delightful to be around. They all took the time to get to know me. Kirsten always knew my name and my habits of showing up early. They treated my like family. Love it!! I highly recommend Lancaster Therapy. Tell your doctors, this is the only place you want to recover. You'll be thankful you did

I have used Lancaster Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine for several injuries and post surgery rehabilitation over the past 6 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and truly enjoyable to work with. The therapy they perform is adapted to the individual and highly effective. Also, the facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained.
