I have been with this company for several years. I have had both home and car insurance, and the first claim I made for a stolen bicycle which was worth 2,000 was refused because the bicycle was not stolen from my home. Then afterwards when I rented my home out after moving I was told that the insurance on the home without to just insure the building and no contents would increase from 179/month to 379/month. I asked to try and negotiate a better price and was told they could not help me that I should look elsewhere. They are supposed to be brokers and their job is to find an insurance company with the best rate. I called belairdirect and was able to get insurance for my rental property plus my apartment contents for 164/ month. The staff was also not polite or accommodating when I visited their premises on several occasions. Shop around! Chances are you will get better prices and much better service. Very disappointed after 7 years as a customer. Pat

Super impressed with this broker! I thought I'd be getting a higher price than I had from my \direct\ insurer, but I saved a bundle with these guys. Not only that but my rep Lori went through my existing policies and told me what I was paying for and now I understand more AND I'm paying less. Needless to say, I made the switch to ROzon and I highly recommend them.
