I picked up my TREK Marlin 6 mountain bike today (21st Nov 2020). We travelled two and a half hours to get to this shop.... and it was FANTASTIC! These guys are the best! The service we received was quite exceptional due to their knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. Of particular merit was their willingness to spend time with us in order to ensure we understood all aspects of the bike and giving us plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Edge Cycleworks and even though it's a long way from where we live, we will most certainly be back for more! Great product, great prices and great service. Many thanks for your help today, much appreciated.
Couldn't find much stock anywhere but ordered a Trek Dual Sport 2 hybrid and it was built and personally delivered safetly in less than week. Easy to get in touch with the guys and excellent customer service given the current situation. Love the bike and will definitely be using again for any cycling needs.
