I have suffered all my life with eczema, it turns particularly bad when the clocks go back and throughout winter. I have been using the sun shower for six minutes a week, over four weeks, and I haven't had a flare up. Better still, I haven't used my steroid cream once in that time. I can't wait to get back in, after lockdown, and see how I get on through to spring 2021. I most definitely recommend this for others with eczema/dry skin. At worst you're going to have a winter tan. Win win.

I've had sports massage and my girls often have something beauty (nails, eyebrows etc) We've all had a good experience, prices were good and you have to accept it's a bit of no frills experience (I.e. no receptionist, small treatment rooms but good, quality treatment is more important to me.) Definitely have to book as both Sarah and Levi are busy, but you don't have to book months in advance if you can be flexible.
