Absolutely INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Taken in with a backlight issue which was due to a common design fault with my model of laptop, and not only did I receive this under an extended warranty, they also identified further issues and replaced the screen, battery, trackpad and keypad FREE OF CHARGE under another care program! I'm absolutely over the moon, it's like a brand new machine! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Drove to the shop. By appointment. Over an hour each way Reception asked the technicians about my iPad problem. No technician spoke to me directly. They were too busy I was told that my iPad was not worth repairing which may be true. It will not charge from mains and shuts down abruptly and even when charged, I can only restart it by plugging it into iCloud on my desk top computer. I wanted an explanation of why this is. I also showed them my husband’s iPad which has been targeted by a scam which alerts him hourly to download extra software. I expected them to know how to shut this down but they said not possible. End result of 2 1/2 hour drive was that I ordered a new iPad Questions not answered. 1 star because receptionist was very pleasant!

Took my MacBook Pro into this Apple Authorised Repair shop in Lancaster. No appointments to be had at any other Apple place but this one. Turned up and was dealt with in a covid safe environment. Thought I would not get my laptop sorted before Christmas but within 3 days they emailed me back to say it was ready! Super service, professional and explained everything clearly instead of in Apple Jargon! All genuine Apple parts used too! Will definitely use them again. Merry Christmas Guys!
My son recently booked an appointment for Uber to look and hopefully fix his Macbook, we took time off work to drive him to lancaster 45mins each way. Get there to be told 'we are not doing anything now we are finishing off for xmas, nothing we can do before xmas'. This is not the same service, experience that we are used to or expect from an Apple approved co. Maybe a message stating this would have been nice before our long drive and time off - or just dont give appointments out if no proper slots available. Next time we shall use a proper Apple Store who we have found to be exceptional previously.
