I lived in the student house on Ingleton Drive. I was very impressed with the location as it was close to the university but also the town centre. The location also included local shops and takeaway places which were walkable distance and a regular bus service to the town centre. It had a perfect bike/walking path straight to the university. The house inside is done out lovely and is perfectly big enough for 5 tenants. I was also impressed how it included a private drive which easily fitted 3 cars on it.

We lived in a flat in Amelia House for the 2018/19 academic year. Fantastic location close to all city centre amenities and the bus station for access to campus. The flat itself was beautiful - modern design with luxury features. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with Unipad.

Stayed at Ingleton Drive, Hala. Great location, only a 5 minute bus journey to campus & 10 minutes to town. Great local shops and accessible cycle route. House is plenty big enough for 5 people and well equipped with modern decor. Parking was very useful which you can’t get in town. Maintenance fixed any issues promptly, and were helpful. Spacious bedrooms with lots of storage space. Overall a great student house!

Very good university accommodation! Stayed at the warehouse and thought it was a great apartment, each room with their own bathroom. Everything was very modern and clean upon arrival and the rooms and kitchen were spacious. The location was great as it was near Sainsburys and the bus station. Would highly recommend it!

Great experience staying in Rhodes house for a year. A very modern, safe and comfortable place to live in an excellent location. The maintenance team are always on hand and polite. A monthly clean is provided and regular updates on utility usage is helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
