Really disappointed with the vets all they are interested in is getting their hands on your money. I have my dog insured and they will not accept any payments direct from insurance companies disgraceful. They are greedy and rude I am disgusted. It has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will be looking for another vet in the future one that deals with it clients professionally. Having had only two dealings with this vets and both have been bad they talk to you as though they are superior beings disgusting treatment of customers.

Excellent vets! I’ve used them for all my rabbits. The knowledge and care about rabbits is absolutely amazing, gave me the confidence to get my 6 yr old female spayed.

Great vets in lancaster. I have been a customer for years and they are really helpful and caring. Their knowledge is second to none. They have a large range of food, toys and supplements for your animal. Easy to get a booking and are reasonably priced for the services they provide.

They fixed my dog up and he was all well until i had to pay i swiped my card and it the declined so they took my dog and killed it :(
