Virtually Vain

The best car buying experience you could wish for! From my initial call to Russ Jones including after sales service he was excellent. I felt extremely comfortable buying my car. My questions and queries were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Everything was explained in a clear and articulate way. The technicians did an excellent job removing the minor blemishes I pointed out to Russ who provided reassurance regarding what could and could not be achieved At no time did I feel under pressure to purchase the car or any additional options however, I was made fully aware of the options available. I was impressed with the extra’s I was offered and the high standards of the Lancaster Volkswagen dealership. Eventhough it was not a brand new car, I drove away feeling like it was. I cannot praise Russ Jones enough. Thanks for your help. 10/10

Always excellent service & support. I have had my last 4 or maybe 5 cars from these guys. Nothing is ever too much for the sales people and service people. Hand overs are always simple and easy. I would always recommend to friends. I now live in Somerset and still travel up to Lancaster Volkswagen for new cars. Thanks guys keep up the good work
