Great customer service. Expected waffles to be made fresh and had high expectations but they were most definitely store bought and tasted very cheap. Ice cream as always was great.
Even during a pandemic the quality of ice cream and customer service has not faulted. Precautions put in place, which if anything makes it faster having two windows one to order the other to collect. As always I would highly recommend visiting during the sunny days as a nice treat for the kids if you've been somewhere.
Must be the 6th time I've been here over the last few years! Always leave satisfied (and with a very full stomach!). Wallings has a large range of desserts and the option to take away too. Popular with cyclists and walkers who stop off here, but also worth travelling in the car for! I would recommend the build your own sundaes if you have a large appetite, or any of the pancake concoctions! Can get very busy, especially in school holidays, but they are very quick with service so your wait shouldn't be too long. A must visit!!
Went on Monday 3rd aug . Joined a really long cue for the ice cream . I had my disabled mother in law with me who has problems standing for long periods of time . One of the security guards noticed and asked her if she had disabled badges ( which she did ) . He told us that we don’t have to cue and to get back in the car and go park in the disabled bay at the front and they come out and serve u from the car straight away. The security man went out of his way to help us . . Great guy think his name was Ali
