I placed a Hamper order in Dec 2019 and paid extra 5.95 for delivery of the Hamper on 24th December for lovely elderly friends of mine. The company promised to ensure they would receive the hamper on time for Christmas day. On Royal mail tracker the hamper wasreceived at West Park Delivery Office early hours of 24th December yet the parcel was not delivered until 27th. That was failure by Royal Mail on behalf of your company. hours off
