I just moved to the area and signed up with this medical centre and I'm so pleased I did. A massive thankyou to 2 doctors Dr Oliver for sorting out my mri scan results wow she was onto it the same day and got my results sorted that same day thankyou so much next Dr McLean made it his mission to get answers for me and the help I needed I was in hospital the very next day he even rang me to check on my progress if he never did this I would b so far behind with the treatment I needed so a massive thankyou to both

Had an unusual problem & request from the surgery. Got through to receptionist immediately on all occasions, GP phoned back as promised, listened patiently & was helpful in every way. Got sorted out promptly & courteously & receptionists went out of their way to give extra assistance. Thank you for excellent service even in difficult COVID era

Dr.Davidson is extremely arrogant, misdiagnosed my condition but acted like he was Gods gift to medicine. My mother has almost died twice from symptoms being either misdiagnosed or ignored. Phoned at 8am and told there were no appointments left...This place is shocking, just find a different GP

I have found the service provided over the years most satisfactory and I have been a Lanchester resident for 28 years and have always been registered with this surgery during this time. Yes, there have been changes but not all negative.
