Had to have my glass roof replaced on my Peugeot 5008. Got a call an hour before my appointment saying they could fit me in earlier if I wanted. Arrived and everything was done within an hour! Thats amazing especially for a panoramic roof! Friendly staff, nice premises, top job!

Had my car booked in via insurers website. Received a confirmation email text and phonecall from Autoglass within 10 mins of booking online. Appointment at Lancing went smoothly. Both colleagues were covid-19 sensitive and explained full cleanup procedures and wearing of ppe whilst replacing my car windscreen. Extra time was required to calibrate all the safety camera/ departure and cruise controller safety device settings but was still amazingly quick professional and thorough. I had previously been advised by Audi main dealer that the safety features may not be set correctly if not fitted by a dealer. This is not true as checked with VCDS before and after, all setting parameters have remained consistent. I didn't catch the two colleagues names, but they are a valuable asset to Autoglass Lancing. Fitted 13:00 on Sunday November 8th in their workshop

Not helpfull to expensive for chip Repair when hafords do the same for 30 pounds

Replacement windscreen fitted. Friendly, helpful fitter who told me when my car would be ready to collect (about an hour after I dropped it off). Car was ready at the time stated with a nice new windscreen. Result!
