Very poor customer service. I sincerely hope I’m the only dental practitioner unable to book a service/repair to a piece of equipment because no one that I’ve dealt with can be bothered to do their jobs. Almost 3 months on I’m being told the details I’ve sent have to be entered on their computer system. Someone is sick. Someone forgot to deal with my emails. But...I’ll receive a document within 2 weeks so I can sign, send back, then pay...and then someone will book the service/repair...that is on the premise that it won’t be forgotten again. Appalling, how does a company such as this expect to service the dental industry. Seriously.
