Nor a great experience! They tried to overcharge me 750.00 ( for aervcie) even though I had paid for maintenance contract before. The loaner car they gave me was filthy - inside and out. I thought they would have been more concerned with keeping their cars sanitized but I was wrong. Finally , the person who provided the loaner car was not helpful and would not disclose prior incidents to the car.

I BOUGHT THIS CAR AND I CANT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY STAYS IN BUSINESS! This is for my 2nd time at their service department, I have had 2 problems in the last 3 months of owning this vehicle the first one was the car stalling. when I called in they told me 2 weeks to even look at the car? I finally got the car repaired. the second time theirs a rattling in the front end, again 2 weeks? I need this car and cant be without it for 2 weeks every time theirs a 2 to 3 week wait to get it looked at? How can they stay in business? Please think about buying a car from this place.

I rarely like to give poor reviews but here it is. The engine bay was filthy even though we paid 2000 of fluid maintenance fees. They were clearly in the engine bay but could not clean the dust. Looked like nobody even did anything there. Furthermore, all the leather inside the car, where they touched, was dirty. Their debugging skills are poor and they want to replace modules first on a guess (fee for their guess work was charged). Unfortunately, these people have no knowledge or passion for fixing cars, instead they want to replace everything. I don’t know if it was lack if knowledge or just their business model to replace everything to fix a problem. By the way, the manager (Sheraz?) never returns your phone calls.
