I went to have service work done on my vehicle but they were out of the filters. The technician did not reset my clock or the temperature unit after programming a component on the vehicle. It was Fahrenheit when I took it in and Celsius upon being returned to me.

Went in during the weekday and Chad met us (not pushy at all, very personable and clearly enjoys what he does) and helped us find a 2021 RR Sport for an excellent deal. Would come back here just to interact with him - he clearly knows his vehicles and we discussed after-market customizations and he was very easy to speak with. The manager on duty was also very polite and offered us to have some flowers to take home. Definitely will be coming back here when it's time for a new RR, thank you Chad!
