Great price. Fixed my generator and pressure washer that had been sitting in storage for too long. Both are now running. He even talked me through how to properly store them and avoid this happening to me again. Great guy - I will be referring all my friends to him!!

After getting frustrated trying everything I could think of to fix my mower on my own I contacted Tim and explained the issues I was having. Tim was very friendly and provided insight into what was possibly causing the problem. I took it to him and he informed me that there would be a delay before he would be able to look at it. I communicated back and forth with him via the Google messaging and he always responded to me promptly. He got my mower back working again and his price was very reasonable. I mowed my yard later that day and it worked like the first day I bought it. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him.

Tried TP after reading the reviews here and I'm glad i did. Tim was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to diagnose and fix my lawn mower in a couple of hours. It is a small operation but honest, and that's all I care about when it comes to any kind of service. I'll definitely be using Tim's services again the next time I need repair. Give this man a shot you won't be disappointed!

If you want someone that's gonna give you the run around and play games this is your guy. I took my mower to him with a problem with the drive wheels, told me he was a week out on repairs, after a week and a half he finally looked at it, tried to tell me there was issue with the engine. The mower had nothing wrong with it other than the issue with the drive wheels. So all he did was waste my time, will have to take mower to someone that actually knows what they are doing. I would recommend you stay away from this guy at all costs.

Tim fixed my pressure washer in the same day. It works great and I would I highly recommend him. He works out of his house but don’t let your wallet pay for fancy store fronts and signs. Not fee for the estimate either. Tim is a good dude. Save money and time!

I gave TP a try after years of being serviced by a big shop on US301. I don't have a trailer and so TP picked up a riding mower and generator for a reasonable fee. Mower was not running. Tim diagnosed within a day, got the part in and had it back to me within 3 days. Generator serviced same day. Both returned in good order for an extremely fair cost and would definitely recommend giving him a try. I will be a return customer.

On August 23rd I dropped off my lawnmower, Tim explained to o me it would be around 10 days before he can look at it. On the 10th or 11th day I called Tim n he didn't answer a few days later I called again no answer but returned my call, told me he had several generators to fix and it was a priority, do to hurricane Dorothy I replied no problem when do u think you will be able to to check out, not fix but check out my lawn mower, he replied maybe this Wednesday or Thursday. From that point on he didn't answer any of my calls. Waited several days, hurricane Dorothy has well passed. I passed buy Tim's shop,I called him , knocked on the door and rang the bell also called out his name by this time it's been 19 days since I dropped off the lawnmower. Finally I ask my wife to call Tim from her phone to get him to actually answer his phone , his response to me is that if I'm going to keep pestering him I should pick up the lawnmower(great response Tim even better business practices)so I did, the very next morning, I just finished picking up my lawn mower I will be taking it to MJM small engine repair. Tim had the lawnmower from August 23rd through Sept 17th, After reading this review I'll allow you to come to your own conclusions.Be aware.
