I've been taking my wife and kids there over 25 years. Awesome experience. Love it. My kids follow us down with our grand kids to keep ritual going. Great family fun for a day. This year 2020, I called down to see when they may be picking Cortland apples. I saw a Facebook post of other apple orchards opening, so I thought I'd be able to get a date when Cortlandt were being picked. I received a phone call back. I thought the man was very rude. He acted like, your way to early. He acted like I should've known when they are picking what. Needless to say, I won't be going there again. I use to deal with the father. Very nice man. I dont know whose in charge now, but they need a class in customer service.
