I have been an East West Lincoln customer for over 2 decades. The sales person I deal with (Nathan Gray) has sold cars to me, my daughter, my wife & older sister. I trust him to do the best by me and my family as we purchase vehicles and he always delivers. The service department is equally excellent, particularly the Intake Specialist who handles me & my family (Michael Turner). To top it all off, DJ in the Body Shop provides superb service as well. As I give all of these accolades to the various departments & people, the greatest applause goes to John Barney, my first contact at East West. He has been the steadying, quality leader that keeps us all coming back year after year.

SALES I only see one Sales Person and that's Mr. Nathan Gray. I've purchased cars from the age of 19 and I'm 50years old. I've been buying from Mr. Gray when he sold in S.E. Washington, DC on GOOD HOPE Road, Hyattsville, Md., and now with Lincoln. Mr. Gray, cares about the customer. SERVICE Mr. Mike Turner is always welcoming when coming in and will do all he can to make sure your ride is good to go.

I took my 2003 Ford Expedition in for lack of heat. The Service Advisor called to inform me that they needed to change the thermostat and some of the vacuum hoses. I approve the cost which was around 500. I then received another call stating that there still was no heat. He requested permission to try anoother remedy which would cost around 1000. He could not guarantee if there would be any heat so I refused. So I paid 500 and still have no heat. When I spoke to the Service Manager he said that this is not an exact science. Since I refused the second remedy there was nothing he could do. This is the second time this has happened. There will be no third time. The only reason I did not give them 1 star is because the Service Advisor was professional. Wish I could say that about the Service Manager. Bye East-West.

I always bring my car to this loacation as everyone is so personable and courteous. Michael Turner is usually the person I deal with and he is very patient and will answer all my questions. My vehicle is always handled with care and there has never been a problem when my car is returned to me.
