We purchased a Pacific energy product which we love. The problem is communication with the owner was not satisfactory. The owner seems to be very nice and honest but we had set backs due to products not being available which created issues with installation and a month of delays. Also our final bill was not as the owner quoted us this is unacceptable. So I say do business with these folks but make sure you pay only what you were quoted. I will say the guys that installed the unit knew what they were doing and it turned out great!

I love my Pacific Energy wood burning insert. The fire is beautiful and heats our home very well. We were ready to spend thousands to update our fireplace but after talking to the owner and making an appointment he didnt show Called back thinking he misplaced our number. Second time he came and looked, took measurements and then never heard back. Wouldn't want to start a project with someone like that.
