At first it all seemed ok, but then not really. An OTA that was given as available on the website was not actually so, and consequently I had to wait about three weeks for it to be shipped, after I sent them an email. Later on I had to intervene personally to clear it, since Deutsche Post DHL was not able to do anything. Nimax/astroshop explicitly told me to go there and clear it myself. Thank you very much! Very helpful indeed. Too bad that the airport was 3h away. But so I did, there was no other choice. But even worse was when an iOptron CEM 60 mount I had purchased came to me not working. New, but broken! And since I was unable to get the RS-232 cable to upgrade the firmware, as they advised me to do to (perhaps) solve the problem, they told me to send the mount back, which was very inconvenient for me because I had to pay the shipping twice and clear the customs twice again. Then I got in touch with iOptron directly, and the assistance told me that instead it was absolutely not necessary to send the whole mount and that since it was under warranty they would have sent a new electronic card. A bit different! In short, a disastrous service, I can understand that there is a problem once, but not several times. The quality of a seller is seen precisely when there are problems, and how they manage them. I will never buy other products again from astroshop. Definitely not recommended.

J'ai commandé un planétarium le 16 juin sur leur boutique Astroshop. Il vient d'être expédié le 06 juillet. Ils sont peut être sympa au téléphone, mais il sont lents et ne savent pas prévenir leurs clients.
