They are terrible. Worst experience with a lawn company. Makes excuses why the sod is all uneven and they said shrinking sod lol yet overlapping pieces is why huge lumps but those somehow didnt shrink. They also put st augustine patches in where bahaya grass was because they ran out of bahaya. And they make appointments to fix it and then dont show.

Scheduled them to come out and move some sprinkler heads. Called them and was told that the service person was running behind and would be there shortly. Waited until 4:30 and called again, this time I was told that they were not showing up. A company that wastes your time is not worth your time.
