I'm not ill very often, but they have been really accommodating efficient and the doctors caring and supportive. They keep me informed of appointments and are very pro active with preventative tests and checkups. Just had my covid vaccine. Run like a military operation, but with compassion! Can't fault them.

My wife and I both had our Covid 19 vaccinations on Sunday 31st January. The process was run with military precision by an army of medical staff and volunteers who all knew what they were doing and co-ordinated smoothly. We both can only offer the highest praise and thanks. A credit to the NHS. Many thanks to you all!

I've just got back from my first Covid vaccination at Lane End. Very well organised, friendly staff and volunteers, and very good cleaning routines to keep patients safe, such as wiping seats after each use. Thank you to everyone working and helping out there.
