I had a great experience at the store. The staff were very friendly as well as helpful and they did not hesitate to help us with all the products we were looking for and to answer all the questions we had. They showed us exactly where we could find all the items we were looking for. The store is very clean and all of the personnel adhered to the hygiene as well as the covid19 regulations. At the entrance our hands as well as shopping trolleys were sanitized. At the till points good hygiene was also practiced and all of the customers kept their distance from each other. There are also clear marks on the floor to show you where you are supposed to stand in order to keep to the social distancing guidelines. The store is well stocked and has a great variety of products. We especially enjoyed the neat and well displayed fruit, vegetable as well as dairy product sections. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone if they are looking for an enjoyable and a stress free shopping experience at the Laguna mall. Well done to the management as well as all the personnel in this store, it was a great experience.

Went to the backery today. Ordered a Caramel Muffin. When I got back I saw it had been rung up as a cuppucinno muffin. When I opened it it was a Blue berry muffin. How do you mess it up that badly. Then got a ready cooked chicken. Lemon and herb as rest of guys don't enjoy spicy food. We take the one with the bright green lemon and herb sticker only to open it and find its a peri peri one. 2 labeling issues in 1 shop. Shocking

The packer was wild and my 4year Olds ready- made food brown bag opened, the chicken nugget fell out and without her knowing I'm looking she pushed it back in the bag and argued she was going to get others even though she was busy closing the bag again as to put with the other groceries. She argues with me saying she was going to replace it, but she didn't communicate anything or even looked in my direction because she was so busy listening to other people's conversation. Checkers I'm so disgusted especially in this Covid period you should know better.. Teach your rude staff what customer care is. I won't ever be returning to this store. Woolworths and PNP are the only shops to trust in Langebaan.

Clean, well run store. Good variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and in house cooked foods . More choices than Checkers in Vredenburg. Staff very friendly and helpful. Could quite easily get all your groceries here, whether its your monthly shop or you visiting Langebaan for a weekend. Nice to see gluten free flour, banting flour etc, on the racks. The store obviously trying to cater for a broader customer base. Worth signing up for the store card, especially if you are budget conscious.

The Checkers Laguna Mall bakery is a joke. Unfriendly staff, pathetic offering and baking absolutely not on par with other Checkers outlets. Quite laughable, actually...

The shop itself is great and has everything you need. Ready made meals are available with a good bakery. What disappointed me was the staff, had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me at the cold meat section as the lady was talking to someone that wasn’t there to buy anything. She saw I was waiting to be helped but continued talking to her friend for another 2 or so minutes. Same thing happened at the cashier. Really unprofessional service.

Disappointed...went to bakery. Women behind counter did not seem to want to help. When asked for custard donuts she wanted to put the donuts in plastic bag...I mean really. I asked her to put donuts in box and she just answer there is no boxes...and then just stared at me. Poor sevice
