In spite of the West Coast being a Covid 19 hotspot, it was noted that Clicks in Laguna Mall in Langebaan allowed a customer in whose mask was on his chin, with both mouth and nose fully exposed, to pass security and enter the premises. This customer was allowed to shop in this manner and even when adressed by other customers, ignored requests to cover his mouth and those. The Clicks staff further allowed this customer to continue shopping and even served him at the paypoints without his mask being in place. This lack of enforcement of the most basic Covid protocols in a Covid hotspot, by a major retailer like Clicks, is shocking in the extreme.

This is the worst Clicks store I have ever experienced. Promotional prices and ticketing not executed fully in store, every time I shop there which is at least twice a week there is at least one item where the till price differs from the shelf edge price. Management rude and unhelpful and although I have sent email to customer service Clicks Head Office regarding this I have yet to get a response. If Dischem opens either in Langebaan or Vredenburg this store will no longer have me as a customer
