Reliable delivery of car but do not expect much flexibility or client service. I would not book a second time with FlatDrive/Gautschi and had chosen differently in the first place if I had more time to research providers. Business runs as white label under the roof of a much larger cars dealer and not really as a start up with interest to keep people returning for more business. Be careful of reading fine print about what's really covered with their "complete" coverage any small extra fees minimum contract period, etc. - they will stick to their T/C.
